Exchange Policy
Exchange and Return Period & Conditions
The customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original, brand new, and unused condition.
Refunds
In the event of a return, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method used during the purchase.
Delivery Fees and Costs
The customer shall bear all delivery costs associated with the exchange or return process (whether for returning the original product or receiving the replacement product).
